ABOUT THE ROLE

As 2IC you will be responsible for partnering with the Store Manager in driving sales results for your business. In your role you will:

  • Create a sales driven culture within the store through daily coaching and support
  • Ensure all KPI's are met with a strong focus on customer service
  • Analyse sales reports to identify and develop action plans for underperforming categories and products
  • Coach and mentor your team
  • Provide stock feedback and manage inventory
  • Have the ability to work a roster between the hours of 6am - 9pm

We are looking for an experienced, strategically minded retail manager who has proven sales results and a passion for coaching and developing high performing teams. You will have:

  • The ability to lead by example and effectively coach and develop team
  • A proven track record in achieving sales budgets and bottom line profits
  • Passion for the surf lifestyle and providing an exceptional customer experience
  • High level of communication skills and an ability to build relationships
  • Strong business acumen and the desire to develop your career in retail
