AirPhysio, started in 2016, is a leading manufacturer of devices assisting people with respiratory conditions. We have a global network of Distributors and are increasing our reach into new and exciting markets.

The role will be based in our Head Office in Tweed Heads. AirPhysio is growing as a business, and we are looking for a dedicated Sales & Marketing Manager to join the team

**About the role**

The Sales & Marketing Manager will play a key role in the leadership team and be highly involved with the exciting expansion of the business. You will be responsible for overseeing the Sales & Marketing team where you will guide and develop employees to achieve results and grow AirPhysio and our health and wellness brand. You will drive Sales & Marketing initiatives and strategies to meet organisational objectives, sustain growth and maximise revenue. Some overseas travel may be necessary.

This is a "hands on" role and you must be able to lead and train the sales & marketing team.
- Have at least 5 years' experience in the Sales & Marketing field with leadership experience
- Have a strong and up to date understanding of Google Analytics, Facebook analytics, Shopify, and WordPress
- Have experience with running Google and Facebook ads and SEO campaigns
- Have experience in achieving results in ecommerce both nationally and internationally
- Ensure all activities are aligned with the organisation's strategic goals and meet customer expectations
- Continually identify improvement opportunities, anticipate, and proactively address potential problems
- Have strong leadership and people management skills and be able to motivate and influence staff
- Have the right to work in Australia
