We are searching for our next Superstar Psychologist
Do you love working with kids and teens? Are you an experienced and passionate psychologist? We're looking for someone like YOU to join our multi-disciplanary team
As a psychologist on our team, you'll have the opportunity to work with amazing young people and help them overcome a range of mental health challenges. You'll work collaboratively with our team to provide compassionate, evidence-based services that make a real difference in the lives of children and adolescents.
Responsibilities:
- Conducting psychological assessments and developing treatment plans for children and adolescents
- Providing evidence-based interventions to address a range of mental health concerns, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and behavioral difficulties
- Collaborating with families, schools, and other professionals to ensure coordinated care for clients
- Maintaining accurate and timely clinical documentation
- Participating in regular supervision and ongoing professional development activities
- Bringing your creativity and fun to therapy sessions
Requirements:
- A Bachelor's degree or higher in Psychology, with a special interest in Child and Adolescent Psychology
- Registration (or eligibility for registration) with AHPRA
- Provisional Psychologists are welcome to apply
- Experience working with children and adolescents in a clinical or educational setting is highly desirable
- Knowledge of evidence-based interventions for common mental health concerns in children and adolescents
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with clients, families, and other professionals
- A passion for making therapy fun and engaging for kids and teens
