Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Psychologist based in Bankstown, NSW, with some flexibility for working from home. The Psychologist will be responsible for providing psychological services, including counseling, mental health support, and psychological assessments. They will work closely with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement treatment plans tailored to individual client needs. Daily tasks will include conducting therapy sessions, performing assessments, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care.

Qualifications

  • Expertise in Psychology and Psychological Assessment
  • Experience in Counseling and Mental Health support
  • Understanding of relevant medical concepts and practices in Medicine
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Relevant professional certifications or registrations (e.g., AHPRA registration)
  • Master's or Doctorate degree in Psychology or a related field
  • Experience in rehabilitation or a similar setting is a plus
