Office Administration Role – Hobart (Full time - 12 month contract)

We are a locally owned and operated Tasmanian commercial cleaning company with over 300 employees around the state. Due to our companies growth we are looking for a new team member to join our front of house team based at our head office in Montrose, Tasmania.

What we're looking for.

A team player. We are a tight knit team and want someone who works well as part of a team but can also work autonomously when required.

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and confident with mobile apps.

Customer first focus. Our company ourselves itself on our customer relationships, so we are looking for someone who will go over and above to provide our customers with a positive experience.

Strong organisational and time management skills.

Key Responsibilities.

Assist area managers and site supervisors with job scheduling, roster changes, staff absences etc.

Assist admin team with data entry and inputting information into our internal company app.

Respond to clients' emails and phone calls.

Assist management with new employee onboarding and induction processes.

General administrative tasks to support our operations team.

Social media management. Assisting with the creation of social media content and responding to customer interactions.
