Social Workers – Far North Queensland
Locations: Townsville & Cairns
Full-time | Monday to Friday | $70K–$85K + Super | Relocation + Sign-On Bonus
Our organisation is expanding its team, and we are seeking two passionate Social Workers to join us — one based in Townsville and one in Cairns.
These are exciting opportunities to work as part of our collaborative Allied Health teams with a strong focus on Veteran care, wellbeing, and community connection.
In this role you will:
- Act as a Health Coordinator, supporting Veterans with day-to-day needs.
- Provide wellbeing check-ins and catch-ups.
- Facilitate social activities and community engagement.
- Assist with accessing services and navigating DVA processes.
- Deliver face-to-face support in clinic and community spaces.
- Work in flexible settings including gyms, consultation spaces, and community hubs.
What we offer:
Competitive Salary:
New graduates: $70–75K + super
- Experienced: $80–85K + super

Requirements:
- AASW membership
- 1–2 years' experience or new graduates encouraged to apply
- Passion for working with Veterans and their families
