As a Social Worker - Senior (Women's and Children Services), you will be delivering Social Work clinical services as a member of a multidisciplinary team to stakeholders/customers of Queensland Health.

Requirements:
- The successful applicant must hold at least a tertiary degree (or equivalent) qualification in Social Work that provides eligibility for membership of the Australian Association of Social Workers (AASW).
- Significant Social Work professional experience and /or post graduate qualifications in supporting women and families experiencing bereavement resulting from pregnancy loss and supporting women experiencing complex psychosocial matters during their pregnancy will be highly regarded.
- Blue Card Checks: Potential applicants are advised that the Commission for Children and Young People and Child Guardian Act 2000 requires Queensland Health to seek a 'working with children check' from the Commission for Children and Young People and Child Guardian prior to appointment to this position.
- This is a Vaccine Preventable Disease (VPD) risk role. Hepatitis B, Measles, Mumps, Rubella, Varicella, Pertussis and Tuberculosis.
