Role Overview:
We are seeking a passionate and qualified Speech Pathologist to join our growing team. You will work with children aged 2–18 with a range of communication needs, including speech and language delays, Autism Spectrum Disorder, social communication difficulties, and more. Therapy is delivered across various settings, including our clinic, kindergartens, schools, and home environments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments and develop individualised therapy plans
- Deliver one-on-one and group speech therapy sessions
- Work collaboratively with families, educators, and other therapists
- Provide written reports and progress updates for NDIS plans and school support
- Participate in team meetings and care planning
- Support the development of communication aids or visuals when needed
What We're Looking For:
- Certified Practising Speech Pathologist (CPSP) with Speech Pathology Australia
- Experience working with children, especially neurodiverse clients
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
- Valid Working With Children Check, Police Check, and ABN (if subcontracting)
- Access to transport (as sessions may be delivered in various locations)

Job Type: Subcontract
Pay: $110.00 – $140.00 per hour
