About the Role

We're looking for a sharp, detail-focused Graphic Designer to join our growing creative team. This junior-to-mid-level role is perfect for someone who blends fresh ideas with precision design—and knows how to create eye-catching, high-performing assets in a fast-paced, digital-first environment.

You'll work closely with the Creative & Content Lead, wider Creative Team, and the broader Marketing Team to bring campaigns and BAU content to life across all digital channels. You'll work across web, email, paid ads, and social creative, while helping ensure our brand remains visually consistent and creatively elevated.

Responsibilities:

With support and direction from the Creative & Content Lead, you will:

• Design and deliver on-brand digital assets for EDMs, website banners, landing pages, paid social ads, and organic social content

• Execute web-ready creative across desktop, mobile, and tablet—ensuring designs are optimised for user experience and performance

• Contribute to creative ideation while staying aligned with Koh's tone and brand guidelines

• Collaborate across departments to produce high-quality design for BAU, product launches, promotions, and seasonal campaigns ensuring delivery is on time and to brief

• Manage and retouch product and eCommerce photography to optimise for site, campaign, and collection use

• Contribute to packaging design and print collateral (when required)

• Use Figma as a key tool for design and team collaboration

• Attend and support product photoshoot, helping guide execution with brand consistency in mind

• Manage multiple deadlines with efficiency, detail, and creativity under pressure

Knowledge, Skills and Experience:

• 3 years in a graphic design role, ideally in DTC, eCommerce or retail

• Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)

• Experience using Figma for both design and collaboration

• Strong understanding of email, web, and paid social creative best practices

• Proficiency in photo editing and retouching, especially for eComm/product imagery

• Ability to balance creativity with brand consistency and commercial outcomes

• Comfortable working under pressure, juggling multiple projects and meeting fast-paced deadlines

• A team-first mindset with excellent communication and collaboration skills

• Bonus if you're curious about AI tools or have exposure to motion/video editing
