As the Educational Leader, you will:

  • assist, mentor and guide Educators across all rooms.
  • Lead and support the implementation of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS)
  • Collaborate with educators to develop innovative, child-led programs and documentation
  • Coach and mentor team members to enhance pedagogical practices and reflective thinking
  • Play a key role in Quality Improvement Planning (QIP) and centre-wide curriculum decisions
  • Foster respectful partnerships with families, promoting learning continuity between home and centre
  • Remain up to date with current research, theory, and sector developments

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor of Early Childhood Education (or ACECQA-approved equivalent)
  • Full Working Rights - this is a permanent role (Mon - Fri)
  • Must have min 1 year experience as a ed leader
