Hourly Rate: $30 – $45

Front Office Receptionist

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greeting and assisting guests with check-ins and check-outs
  • Managing reservations, phone calls, and guest inquiries
  • Providing local knowledge and outstanding customer service
  • Completing daily front office administrative tasks
  • Ensuring the reception area is clean, welcoming, and professional

Ideal Candidate:

  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Organised, reliable, and detail-oriented
  • Previous experience in hospitality or a similar role (preferred but not required)
  • Ability to work independently and in a team
  • Available to work across weekdays, weekends, and public holidays

Housekeepers

Key Responsibilities:

  • Cleaning and servicing guest rooms and apartments to a high standard
  • Restocking amenities and maintaining cleanliness in public areas
  • Reporting maintenance issues to management
  • Working efficiently as part of a housekeeping team

Ideal Candidate:

  • High attention to detail and strong work ethic
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience (preferred but not required)
  • Physically fit and comfortable with manual tasks
  • Reliable and available across a flexible roster
