Are you a neuro affirming practitioner with a passion for paediatrics and a heart for community? *This highly reputable paediatric allied health clinic is a hidden gem tucked away in the Hinterland region of the Sunshine Coast. A medium sized practice made up of 15 multidisciplinary therapists, you can be sure to feel supported in this fun and collaborative work space.*

  • Salaries starting at $90,000 - $110,000 + Super depending on your experience
  • Paediatric Caseload (ages 2-14) hybrid role (mix of clinic/ community)
  • Manage your own calendar - option to work a 9 day fortnight

*Your Role:*You will work in a hybrid role (mix of clinic and community settings) with a paediatric caseload tailored to your interest area. In addition to your caseload responsibilities, you will also provide clinical supervision to two junior SP's and will collaborate with the management team on quality improvement and professional development training sessions. 

You will recieve 30-60 minutes each morning to set up for your sessions, and can utilise gaps in the day to undertake report writing and write sessions notes.   *Benefits of the Role:*

  • Guaranteed neuro affirming clinic with a strong focus on DiR (development individualised and relationship based) approach to therapy
  • Focus on quality therapy sessions, not quantity. 5 billable hours is a rough maximum target for experienced clinicians
  • Purpose build clinic: big sensory gym, creating a large outdoors space with a cubby, flying fox, feature tree and tree swing, monkey bars, LEGO room.

Requirements:**

  • Tertiary qualification in Speech Pathology
  • 4 years post graduate experience
  • SPA membership
  • Unrestricted working rights in Australia
  • Drivers license and own vehicle
