Crest Dry Cleaners is a proud family-owned and operated business with a long-standing reputation across Geelong and the Surf Coast. With multiple store locations and continued company growth, we're looking for a friendly, outgoing, and energetic Customer Service Assistant to join our team and deliver exceptional service to our valued customers.

This is a front counter position, providing outstanding service to our valued customers. The role is casual, offering 10–15 hours per week including a rotating Saturday morning shift.

• Tagging, detailing, and invoicing all garments and household items.
• Greeting and assisting customers with their orders.
• Assembling orders once cleaning is finalised.
• Liaising with dry cleaners and pressers.
• Tracking orders and updating customers as required.
• Processing invoices through our point-of-sale (POS) system.
• Educating customers on fabrics and garment care.

• A minimum of 3 years' previous customer service experience.
• Professional customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task and manage deadlines in a busy environment.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Comfortable working both independently and within a team.
• Basic computer skills (POS experience is an advantage).
• Previous customer service experience highly regarded.
