Job Description

The ASICS store management network is growing We're on the hunt for a passionate Third in Charge Manager (3IC) to join our team at our Canberra Civic Store. At ASICS, we pride ourselves on being the product experts and creating exceptional customer experiences and representing a high-performance culture and performance mindset, focused on accountability, fairness, and celebrating the intrinsic feeling from personal success.

In a nutshell... Our 3ICs are responsible for supporting our Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager in running the day-to-day operations of the store and identifying wins, opportunities and gaps, while also promoting a focus on optimising sales, customer experience and store performance within the wider team.

Here's what we'd love to see from you:

  • Previous people leadership and/or keyholder experience in a similar customer facing role
  • The ability to deliver exceptional customer service
  • Previous sales experience with the ability to educate your team and our customers about our products, and how our product can help customers meet their goals
  • An active interest in physical health and wellbeing
  • A self-starter with proven experience in multi-tasking, teamwork and working in a fast-paced environment
  • Previous experience working with footwear would be advantageous however, not essential – more importantly, are you willing to learn and love our brand
  • Availability to work a full-time set roster
