The ASICS store management network is growing We’re on the hunt for a passionate Third in Charge Manager (3IC) to join our team at our **Canberra Civic Store**. At ASICS, we pride ourselves on being the product experts and creating exceptional customer experiences and representing a high-performance culture and performance mindset, focused on accountability, fairness, and celebrating the intrinsic feeling from personal success.

In a nutshell... Our 3ICs are responsible for supporting our Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager in running the day-to-day operations of the store and identifying wins, opportunities and gaps, while also promoting a focus on optimising sales, customer experience and store performance within the wider team.

**Here's what we’d love to see from you**:

- Previous people leadership and/or keyholder experience in a similar customer facing role
- The ability to deliver exceptional customer service
- Previous sales experience with the ability to educate your team and our customers about our products, and how our product can help customers meet their goals
- An active interest in physical health and wellbeing
- A self-starter with proven experience in multi-tasking, teamwork and working in a fast-paced environment
- Previous experience working with footwear would be advantageous however, not essential - more importantly, are you willing to learn and love our brand
- Availability to work a full-time set roster
