We are looking for someone with awesome leadership experience who can nail prioritization of coaching, in-store activities, promotions, visual merchandising, and all other retail operations.

About the role...
- Drive a value-led culture of exceptional customer experience and engagement across all aspects of the business and store
- Keep your team engaged, inspired and transparently aware of what is expected through coaching, mentoring and open feedback
- Partner with your Store Manager to source the best talent for our business, fulfil promises to help them grow and hold on to them by keeping them moving forward
- Coach and mentor your team to drive sales and exceed sales targets
- Partner with the Store Manager to ensure that you have the best stock, product mix and customer experience
- Communicate, lead and support companywide initiatives and directives within General Pants

About you...
- You thrive on building a working environment for your team where they can be themselves and feel heard and celebrated
- Have a genuine love and understanding of our brand
- Have experience working in a fast-paced environment
- Proven success in coaching, motivating, engaging and developing teams
- Proven track record of driving and exceeding sales targets and budgets
- Sound knowledge across retail operations including budgets, wages, rostering, VM, stock management, shrinkage etc
- Management experience, ideally in a high volume and fast paced store with at least 1 year leadership experience as Assistant Manager/Floor Manager or Third in Charge
- Must have full Australian working rights
