Your role

The Air Force is hiring Intelligence Analysts in a variety of exciting areas to work with cutting-edge technology and critical intelligence in support of missions, operations and exercises. You'll be paid from day one to gain all the skills needed with extensive on-the-job training, all while living an adventurous lifestyle and making a difference to Australia.

Choose from one of the roles below:

Intelligence Analyst (Geospatial):

As an Intelligence Analyst (Geospatial) in the Air Force, you'll use advanced technology to collect, analyse and distribute imagery and terrain intelligence.

Intelligence Analyst (Signals):

As an Intelligence Analyst (Signals) in the Air Force, you'll play an important role in using electronic warfare technology and software to turn electronic codes and radar signals into useful information.

Intelligence Analyst (Operations):

As an Intelligence Analyst (Operations) in the Air Force, you'll use your problem-solving skills to collect, disseminate and distribute operational intelligence.

Salary

Upon completion of initial military and employment training, you will enjoy a salary package starting from $95,741.

Location

Following training, you may be posted to one of the major Air Force bases around Australia, such as RAAF Base Amberley, Williamtown, or Edinburgh.

Eligibility

For this role, you must be at least 17 at the time of enlistment, an Australian Citizen, and have passed Year 10 English and Maths. If you are not an Australian Citizen please visit the ADF Careers Eligibility Page to confirm you meet the requirements for a career in the ADF.
