We're on the lookout for a driven and people-focused Business Development Manager to join our team and help us expand across Bunbury and the South West. This role is all about building strong connections, driving new opportunities, and supporting the growth of a business that's making its mark in the region.

What you'll be doing:

  • Developing and rolling out a business development strategy that delivers results
  • Identifying and winning new clients across civil construction and related industries
  • Building relationships with decision makers and closing deals
  • Working hand-in-hand with our recruitment team to make sure client needs are met

  • Experience in business development or sales (recruitment or construction industry background highly regarded)
  • A natural ability to spot opportunities and turn them into long-term relationships
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A proactive, self-motivated approach – someone who thrives both independently and in a team
