The Opportunity

The key responsibilities of your role include:

  • Administrative Support:
    Provide high-level administrative assistance to the client service leadership team, including document preparation, data entry, and workflow coordination.
  • Client Communication:
    Assist in managing client interactions across email, phone, and internal platforms, ensuring timely and professional responses.
  • Reporting & Materials:
    Prepare client-facing reports, presentations, and other materials to support service delivery and engagement.
  • Meeting Coordination:
    Organise and support meetings, track follow-ups, and help manage service delivery timelines and milestones.
  • Compliance & Record Keeping:
    Maintain accurate records and ensure adherence to internal procedures and compliance standards.
  • Communications Management:
    Support the management of social media channels and internal/external company communications.
  • Office Administration:
    Perform general office duties as required, contributing to the smooth operation of the team.
