Talent & HR Coordinator

On behalf of our client, we're seeking a proactive and detail-oriented on-site Talent & HR Coordinator to join our HR team in a junior operational capacity. You'll play a pivotal role in our talent acquisition efforts for a mix of operational and professional positions, while handling essential HR administration and day-to-day people operations. This full-time position offers the chance to contribute to efficient recruitment processes, maintain accurate records, and deliver exceptional support across the business, helping us build and retain a high-performing workforce in a fast-paced setting.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate end-to-end recruitment processes, including posting job ads, screening applications, scheduling interviews, and conducting reference checks for both operational and office-based roles.
Manage candidate communications, ensuring a seamless and positive experience from initial contact through to offer stage.
Maintain up-to-date employee records, HR databases, and compliance documentation with a focus on accuracy and confidentiality.
Prepare employment contracts, new starter paperwork, and comprehensive onboarding packs to facilitate smooth integrations.
Assist with payroll queries, timesheet administration, performance reviews, and probation processes.
Coordinate training bookings, track completion records, and support general HR administration such as filing, reporting, and policy correspondence.
Handle employee inquiries on leave, benefits, and workplace policies, while providing administrative support for relations matters like investigations or warnings as directed.
Contribute to HR projects and process improvements to enhance efficiency and employee engagement.
Skills and Experience
Essential:
1–3 years' experience in HR administration, recruitment coordination, or a similar support role.
Proven exposure to high-volume hiring across operational (e.g., hands-on roles) and professional positions.
Strong organisational skills with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills for engaging with candidates, stakeholders, and team members.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with HR information systems (HRIS).
A commitment to handling confidential information with the utmost professionalism.
Desirable:
Background in fast-paced operational environments.
Experience with payroll systems or HR software.
A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
