Choices Flooring, a leading Australian retailer of flooring solutions, is experiencing an exciting period of growth and requires the services of an experienced Flooring Sales Professional.

If you love being creative and have a real passion for outstanding customer service, we would like you to join our team to help customers create their ultimate living environment by improving their home flooring.

We are currently looking to appoint a talented individual, with a proven track record in professional flooring retail sales to join the team at our  Grafton and Coffs Harbour store.  Knowledge of selling floor coverings such as carpet, timber, Laminate, Luxury Vinyl Plank and Hybrid is essential.   Window Furnishing knowledge also an advantage. Be part of our friendly, fun and creative work environment.

The successful applicants will:

  • Have an eye for colour, design and style
  • Have a sound history in Flooring.
  • Want to help customers transform their homes
  • Excel in outstanding personal customer service
  • Have excellent computer and administration skills.
  • Have attention to detail
  • Be willing to work with sales targets
  • Be willing to consult in customers' homes on occasion

Excellent communication skills, impeccable grooming, flexibility and the willingness to work weekends on a rotating roster is required.
