As Operational Excellence (Line 1 Risk) Manager, you will lead the uplift of risk

andcontrol practices within our Sales Finance business. Sitting in the first line, yo

u'llwork across product, pricing, marketing, and partner management to ensure r

isksare proactively identified, processes are efficient and compliant, and con

trolenvironments are embedded in how we work. You will champion operati

onalimprovement while keeping customer, partner, and regulatory outcomes front

andcen

5+ years of experience in operational risk, controls, or op
- erationsmanagement roles in financial services or
- fintech.Able to take a pragmatic and commercially minded view of risk, en
- suring awell-functioning risk controlled operation that delivers against co
- mmercialpr
- ioritiesStrong working knowledge of Line 1 vs Line 2 responsibilities
- and riskframeworks (e.g. Risk and Control Self Assessments (RCSA), control
- testing,remediation planning and exe
- cution).Hands-on experience improving or redesigning operational proces
- ses in aregulated envi
- ronment.You are naturally fluent in using AI and digital tools to st
- reamlinedocumentation, accelerate control testing, enhance operational
- processdesign, and generate actionable insights for monitoring and r
- eportingAnalytical and detail-oriented, with a pragmatic approach to e
- mbeddingcontrols into day-to-day wo
