Great opportunity for an experienced manager or management couple to assist running our 19 room Motel in Cooma NSW.

Full time position

Starting from $55,000 to $65,000 plus Super (Based on Experience, Manager or Management couple)

Visa sponsorship can be considered for right candidate.

We are looking to bring onboard an experienced manager/management couple required to fill the above Full-Time position at our motel located in Cooma NSW.

Duties Include:

  • Front office.
  • Housekeeping for some rooms.
  • General repairs and maintenance.
  • General management.
  • Preparing Rosters
  • Guest satisfaction and excellent customer service
  • Maintaining order and cleanliness
  • Clear communication skills

Competencies & Skills

Applicants must demonstrate competence/skill in:

  • The operation and management of an office environment
  • Familiar with Booking software programs
  • Sound knowledge of Microsoft office
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Conflict resolution.

The successful candidate will have at least 2 years' experience in similar sized business, you will have a broad skill set, with a track record of success and meeting and exceeding profitability measures. You will have a strong work ethic with the ability to work autonomously, with a real want to build and maintain a strong customer base. Would ideally suit an individual or couple with similar experience.
