As we strive to exceed guest expectations, we are currently seeking dedicated individuals to join our team as Motel Cleaners.

Role Overview:

As a Motel Cleaner, you will play a vital role in ensuring the cleanliness and upkeep of our motel facilities. You will be responsible for maintaining a high standard of cleanliness in guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house areas to ensure a pleasant and comfortable experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

• Clean and sanitize guest rooms, including making beds, vacuuming, dusting, and cleaning bathrooms.
• Ensure all linens and towels are fresh and replenished as needed.
• Clean and maintain public areas such as lobbies, hallways, and restrooms.
• Perform deep cleaning tasks as assigned, including carpet shampooing and furniture polishing.
• Empty trash receptacles and dispose of waste in designated areas.
• Replenish amenities such as toiletries and paper products in guest rooms and public areas.
• Monitor and report any maintenance issues or damage to management.
• Adhere to health and safety standards and procedures at all times.
• Assist with other housekeeping duties as needed.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in cleaning or housekeeping, preferably in a hospitality setting.
• Attention to detail and the ability to maintain cleanliness standards consistently.
• Strong time management and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Physical stamina and the ability to perform tasks that require bending, stooping, and lifting.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed.
