**Tasks and Responsibilities**
- Overseeing daily operations of the front desk, housekeeping and maintenance for a motel of 19 rooms.
- Managing motel staff including rostering, recruiting and training, whilst controlling wage costs.
- Manage and resolve guest complaints in a timely and appropriate manner to ensure a high level of customer service and satisfaction
- Liaising and ordering from suppliers.
- Perform laundry duties when required.

**Requirements**:

- Ability to live on site and work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment
- Able to work on weekends and public holidays.
- At least one years full time relevant experience
- Excellent customer service & communication skills
- Knowledge of reservations software & MS office

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: $70,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
