The Opportunity

We're an evolving Registered Training Organisation focused on delivering quality vocational education.

Our team works together onsite in the Bowen Hills office Monday to Friday, 8:30 am to 5:00 pm, fostering collaboration while supporting a digital delivery model. Our training is primarily delivered online to provide flexibility and accessibility to our learners.

As we develop and maintain our programs and systems to ensure ongoing compliance with industry standards, we're seeking skilled, innovative professionals to join our team. If you're an experienced trainer with a current TAE and industry qualification, this is an opportunity to contribute to a forward-thinking organisation

Your Role

As a Trainer and Assessor, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of education. You'll engage with new and existing students, share your industry expertise to guide them on their learning journey, assess and provide constructive feedback, respond to enquiries, collaborate with our content team for innovative course design and engage with our marketing team to promote growth and awareness of our fitness courses.

We deliver online courses across various disciplines, and experience in the following areas is required:

  • Fitness & Personal Training

  • Certificate III in Fitness

  • Certificate IV in Fitness
Requirements
  • Valid Training and assessment credentials (TAE40116 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment, or equivalent)
  • Relevant fitness qualification/certification (Certificate IV in Fitness preferred)
  • Relevant and recent industry experience
