Note: Applications inviting qualified and non-qualified personal trainers are welcome. This is a sub-contractor role with flexible hours, allowing you to grow your business within our facility.
Role and Responsibilities- Design personalised health and fitness programs and deliver 1:1 Personal Training and Small Group Training Sessions.
- Build and manage a client base with warm leads provided.
- Participate in Transform8 – as part of our 8-week challenge, PTs engage in group classes for direct exposure to members and potential clients.
- Cert III & IV in Personal Training, First Aid / CPR certification, ABN & Insurance. (If you don't have these certificates or insurance, you may still apply.)
- Strong work ethic with an entrepreneurial mindset and a passion for helping others achieve their goals.

- Build-Up Phase for Rent - New PTs can gradually build their client base before full rental payments begin.
- Discounts on Supplements - Available for PTs' clients to support fitness goals.
