We're seeking a talented Product Designer with executing visual assets to aid organic growth initiatives across a suite of productivity tools, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

As a key member of a collaborative squad of marketers, engineers, and strategists, you'll focus on designing engaging visuals that elevate our organic content and drive brand visibility for these core applications. Reporting to the organic growth lead, you will work side-by-side with your squad to produce high-quality design assets that resonate with our target audience and align with both business goals and evolving industry trends.

Responsibilities


• Support the development and execution of organic growth visual content strategies for Word, Excel, and PowerPoint ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.


• Participate in the ideation, research, and creation of varied design assets, including promotional landing page visuals, Copilot AI capability graphics, and supporting imagery for articles.


• Apply established web and graphic design best practices and utilise relevant design tools to produce assets optimised for engagement and organic reach.


• Collaborate closely with SEO writers and other stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of design and written content.


• Monitor visual trends within the productivity and tech sectors to ensure designs remain contemporary and effective.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications:


• 3+ years' experience in web design, graphic design, or a similar creative role OR equivalent experience.


• 3+ years' experience designing for digital content, websites, or content marketing initiatives.


• Experience working within creative teams and contributing to content-focused environments.


• Proficiency with industry-standard design software (e.g. Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Sketch) and familiarity with CMS platforms.


• Solid written and verbal communication skills, with an ability to work with various stakeholders.


• Strong organisational skills and experience collaborating in cross-functional, global teams.


• Creative mindset with an interest in storytelling, visual innovation, and ongoing professional development.


• Proactive in learning about new design technologies and staying up to date with the latest developments in digital design and UX.


• Growth mindset, able to incorporate feedback to drive continuous improvement.

Preferred Qualifications:


• Bachelor's Degree AND 5+ years' experience in web design, graphic design, digital publishing/management OR equivalent experience.
