Kenzo Consulting is proud to partner with high-performing drilling contractors across Western Australia to recruit Diamond Drillers, RC Drillers, Grade Control Drillers, and Driller Offsiders across multiple projects.

We are seeking both experienced professionals and new entrants to the drilling industry who bring a strong work ethic, safety-first mindset, and a positive attitude to work and life.

Opportunities are available now across a variety of FIFO rosters including:

2/1, 2/2, 3/1, and 8/6

What We're Looking For

Experienced Drillers & Offsiders (Diamond, RC, Grade Control)

• Demonstrated experience on exploration or production drilling rigs
• Strong understanding of drilling practices, safety protocols, and client standards
• Ability to work effectively in remote site teams with minimal supervision
• Leadership ability and mentoring experience highly regarded (Drillers)

New to the Industry?

We welcome individuals with backgrounds in:

• Heavy labouring
• Farming or agricultural work
• Mechanical or automotive trades
• Outdoor physical work

To Work as a Driller Offsider, Ideally You Have:

• Certificate II in Drilling Operations or willingness to obtain
• HR (Heavy Rigid) Truck Licence or willingness to obtain
• Senior First Aid Certificate or ability to acquire
• Police clearance
• Ability to pass a pre-employment medical and drug & alcohol screening
• High level of physical fitness and willingness to work in hot, cold, or remote environments

To Work as a Driller (Diamond, RC, Grade Control), Ideally You Have:

• Certificate III (or higher) in Drilling Operations
• Proven operational experience on RC, Diamond, or Grade Control rigs
• Senior First Aid Certificate or higher
• HR (Heavy Rigid) Truck Licence or higher
• Police clearance
• Ability to pass a comprehensive medical and drug & alcohol assessment
• Strong commitment to safety, productivity, and team collaboration
