About the Role:

The Community Manager drives service adoption on the Opticomm network while building and nurturing strong, lasting relationships within communities.

Responsibilities include but not limited to:

  • Maintaining strong long-term relationships with key stakeholders
  • Reporting to key stakeholders on market share, bandwidth levels and other relevant information
  • Primary contact for community queries and assisting with urgent escalations
  • Liaison with cross functional internal teams to provide feedback and help resolve escalations
  • Maintain and utilise CRM to fulfill account management plans
  • Quarterly portfolio planning, execution and review of agreed KPI's
  • Influence and educate communities on Uniti Group products, processes, and value proposition
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory "wholesale only" and "non-discrimination obligations" in all engagements
  • Work with marketing team to adopt key marketing strategies
  • Work with RSP Account manager to drive local area marketing campaigns
  • Identify competitive risks including overbuilds, competing technology and formulate defensive strategy
  • Liaise with Project management team on new developments
  • Sales – drive growth and achieve key sales metrics

  • Demonstrates flexibility when the needs of the business changes and management directives change to ensure the best outcome is achieved to meet daily operational targets

Essential Experience:

  • Knowledge of telecommunications and wholesale operations
  • Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills, with experience in sales and relationship management
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proven experience in stakeholder engagement. Strong negotiation and analytical skills
  • Travel is required, valid driver's license and reliable transportation is preferred
  • Ability to build & maintain relationships with key stakeholder
  • Ability to execute a growth strategy & deliver profitable revenue growth
