Psychologist – Contractor Position (12 Months Maternity Leave Cover)

Good Path Psychology – Whittlesea Specialist Centre

We are seeking a warm, skilled, and motivated Psychologist to join Good Path Psychology as a contractor to cover a maternity leave period up to 12 months, with potential for ongoing work.

About Us

Good Path Psychology is a private practice in Whittlesea, providing evidence-based, compassionate care to children, adolescents, and adults. We have strong referral networks with local GPs, paediatricians, schools, WorkCover and NDIS providers.

About the Role

  • Contractor role with 60/40 split (contractor retains 60%).
  • Duration: 12 months, with possible extension.
  • Flexible days and hours available.
  • Work with a varied caseload (children, teens, adults) to your choosing.
  • Full admin, reception, marketing, and referral support provided.
  • Consulting rooms available at the Whittlesea Specialist Centre.
  • Option for a hybrid Telehealth role.

Requirements

  • Full registration with AHPRA as a Psychologist.
  • Eligibility for Medicare provider number.
  • Professional indemnity insurance.
  • Experience in private practice or similar settings preferred.
  • Ability to work independently while being part of a supportive team.
