About Us

At The Mind Clan Psychology, we believe that therapy should feel human We value connection, humour, and authenticity, and we're looking for a like-minded psychologist who shares this heart-led approach.

We work with young adults aged 18–35 years. We primarily see clients who are navigating life transitions, identity, relationships, and emotional wellbeing. You may see a range of presentations including young adults struggling with mood disorders, anxiety, PTSD/Trauma, identity challenges, relationship and attachment difficulties. Our work is grounded in warmth, curiosity, and creativity - we take a laid back approach— creating a space where both clients and clinicians can show up as themselves.

About the Role

We're seeking a Clinical or General Psychologist who enjoys working independently and is seeking flexibility in their schedule. This role is offered under a room and services agreement, which includes a fully furnished consulting room, practice management software, referrals, marketing/advertising, and administrative support — so you can focus on doing what you love most: helping your clients grow and heal.

You'll have the flexibility to set your own schedule and the autonomy to shape your caseload. This role is ideal for someone wanting to work 1–2 days per week in a grounded, and nurturing environment.

What we are looking for:

  • Registration as a General or Clinical Psychologist with AHPRA
  • A genuine interest in working with young adults (18–35)
  • Alignment with our values: connection, humour, authenticity, curiosity and creativity
  • Available at least 2 days a week
  • Minimum of 2 years experience as a registered psychologist
  • Eligibility for Medicare Provider Number (essential)
  • Experience in providing evidence-based interventions and therapies
  • A responsible, independent mindset — comfortable managing your own calendar
