About The Role:

We are currently seeking a Trade Marketing Specialist to join our Marketing team on a 12 month fixed term contract. We're ideally looking for someone who can join us from early December.

In this pivotal role, you'll act as the bridge between Sales and Marketing, driving initiatives that boost visibility, accelerate growth, and deliver a premium brand experience across retail, e-commerce, and events. From national campaigns to bespoke activations, you'll help shape how our brand shows up in the market, working closely with internal teams, retail partners, and external agencies.

This role reports directly to the Senior Marketing Manager and offers the chance to operate in a dynamic manufacturing and product environment, spanning both B2B and B2C retail marketing. Expect variety, challenge, and the opportunity to make a visible impact.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver trade marketing strategies aligned with business objectives, maximising impact and cooperative opportunities.
• Own and manage the national promotional calendar end-to-end, delivering promotions, collateral, and communications backed by insights and post-campaign analysis.
• Partner with the marketing team on product launches, ensuring strong visibility across all channels and customers.
• Drive brand presence across retailer e-commerce sites, ensuring accuracy of product content, leveraging digital assets, and exploring incremental growth opportunities.
• Plan, brief, and execute in-store displays, catalogues, packaging, POS, and merchandising programs with retailer teams.
• Lead the planning and delivery of national and bespoke events from creative briefing and display development to logistics, training, and lead generation.
• Create and manage content including case studies, PR/editorials, social media, and customer-facing materials, ensuring alignment with broader campaigns.
• Oversee digital asset management and develop 12 month communication plans with key customers.
• Manage the trade marketing budget with a focus on efficiency and ROI.

About You:

We're looking for someone who can bring a mix of strategic thinking and hands-on delivery. You'll thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy variety in your work, and collaborate seamlessly across teams.

• Degree-qualified in Marketing (or related discipline).
• Previous experience in trade marketing, shopper marketing, or brand management.
• Experience in consumer goods, retail, or electrical appliances will be highly regarded.
• Strong communication skills (written and verbal) across all levels.
• Creative thinker with a proactive, can-do mindset.
• Analytical and data-driven, with strong problem-solving skills.
• Highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• A collaborative team player with energy and enthusiasm.
