About The Centre

Thrive Mount Druitt, located in Western Sydney is our newly purpose-built centre.

The leadership team values the importance of a healthy work/life balance which is shown through their effective teamwork in sharing responsibilities.

The team in Mount Druitt have on going support from their Area Manager, Centre Leader, Assistant Centre Leader, and Educational Leader who provide adequate programming time and encourage all educators to contribute.

You will be joining a dedicated and supportive team where your ideas, input and voice is not only heard but welcomed and encouraged

About The Role

We are looking to build on our current casual pool with educators with a completed qualifications.

Your main responsibilities will be to:

  • Build and maintain meaningful relationships with children, families and colleagues.
  • Have sound knowledge of and demonstrate high-quality practice in line with the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF).
  • Work in positive collaboration with all members of the team.
  • Maintain effective communication with parents/carers.

The successful candidate will have:

  • A completed Certificate III or diploma qualification in Early Childhood Education and Care
  • A current NSW Employee Working With Children's Check
  • Sound and practical working knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) & National Quality Standard (NQS)
