We're looking for an inspiring Engineering Manager to lead our high-performing AI Solutions Team. Required
Skills & Experience

  • Proven leadership experience in managing small, high-performing engineering teams.
  • Strong knowledge and proven experience applying AI capabilities to real world problems.
  • Hands-on technical capability where you have contributed to complex codebases, implemented proof-of-concepts and resolved escalated technical issues.
  • Strong knowledge of secure coding practices.
  • Proven ability to define and maintain engineering standards ensuring scalability, maintainability, quality and compliance with organisational security requirements.
  • Excellent communication and mentoring skills fostering technical excellence and collaboration across stakeholders.

Desirable:

  • Experience with Python, TypeScript or C#.
  • Experience using CI/CD technologies such as docker and scalable containerised application architecture.
  • Experience developing in a Linux based environment.

  • Have qualifications or equivalent experience relevant to the role;
  • Be an Australian Citizen; and
  • Hold a Negative Vetting 2 clearance or higher.
