The Role:

Best & Less has an opportunity for Casual Team Members with after school & weekend availability to join the passionate and supportive team based at our Tweed Heads store.

As an integral member of the Tweed Heads 'Bestie' team, you will be supported by a team who are genuinely interested in your success, have a 'down to earth' approach, are passionate about our product and genuinely enjoy working together This role would be suitable for someone looking for their first job, with a keen interest in retail and exceptional customer service.

Your day will consist of:

  • Creating a passionate & unique shopping experience for our customers
  • Together with your team, create the 'Bestie' culture in store
  • Bringing the 'Bestie' culture to life through an environment of fun & teamwork
  • Drive for results, exceeding sales & profit for the store
  • Ensure the sales floor is fully merchandised and replenished
  • Create a VM presentation of the store from door to floor
  • Ensure the store is tidy and well presented

  • Passionate about the customer experience

  • A willingness to learn and develop
  • Available to work weekends and after school shifts
  • Desire to develop your career in retail
