**The Role**:
Best & less has an opportunity for a **Part Time Team Member **starting from 12 hours to a max of 38 hours per week, to join a passionate and supportive team at our Tweed Heads store.
As an integral member of our Tweed Heads ‘Bestie’ team, you will be supported by a team who are genuinely interested in your success, have a 'down to earth' approach, are passionate about our product and genuinely enjoy working together

**Your day will consist of**:

- Creating a passionate & unique shopping experience for our customers
- Together with your team, create the ‘Bestie’ culture in store
- Bringing the 'Bestie' culture to life through an environment of fun & teamwork
- Drive for results, exceeding sales & profit for the store
- Ensure the sales floor is fully merchandised and replenished
- Create a VM presentation of the store from door to floor
- Ensure the store is tidy and well presented
