**The Role**:
Best & less has an opportunity for a Casual Team Member to join a passionate and supportive team based at our **Tweed Heads** store. Working Thursday and Friday nights, hours between 5:00pm-9:00pm and weekend hours between 9:00am-5:00pm.
As an integral member of the Tweed Heads ‘Bestie’ team, you will be supported by a team who are genuinely interested in your success, have a 'down to earth' approach, are passionate about our product and genuinely enjoy working together

**Your day will consist of**:

- Creating a passionate & unique shopping experience for our customers
- Together with your team, create the ‘Bestie’ culture in store
- Ensure the store is tidy and well presented
- Drive for results, exceeding sales & profit for the store
- Ensure the sales floor is fully merchandised and replenished

**About you**:

- Passionate about the customer experience
- A willingness to learn and develop
- Must be available Thursday and Friday 5:00-9:00pm and Weekends 9:00am-5:00pm
- Have a positive attitude - we can teach the rest

**Salary**: Up to $29.31 per hour

**Benefits**:

- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Weekend availability

Supplemental pay types:

- Penalty rates

**Experience**:

- Point of Sale (POS) software: 1 year (preferred)
- Working towards sales targets and KPIs: 1 year (preferred)
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (required)
