About the Role
An F&I Business Manager works with customers after they have chosen a vehicle, helping them arrange finance, insurance, and protection products that suit their needs. They are responsible for ensuring the dealership complies with legal, ethical, and financial regulations while maximizing profitability.
- Present and explain different financing options (loan terms, lease options, interest rates, etc.).
- Work with banks, finance companies, and lenders to secure competitive approvals.
Tailor solutions to meet the customer's budget and lifestyle.
Offer insurance products such as comprehensive car insurance, gap insurance, extended warranties, and loan protection.
Clearly explain coverage benefits, exclusions, and costs so customers can make informed decisions.
Ensure all contracts and financial agreements are completed accurately and legally.
- Stay up to date with finance/insurance legislation, consumer credit laws, and responsible lending obligations.

We're after someone who:
- Has proven F&I success in a dealership environment (minimum 3 year's experience)
- Has ambition to grow, learn, and be one of the best in the business
- Knows how to double close and add value to every deal
- Can think outside the box to find the best outcomes for clients
- Is detail-oriented, fast-moving, and analytical
- Can handle high lead volume and quick approval turnarounds
- Holds current F&I accreditations or is ready to obtain them
- Works well in a team and be supportive to the sales team
