THE ROLE

Due to ongoing growth, this highly regarded firm is seeking an experienced and motivated Business Services Manager/Associate Director to join its dynamic Business Services team. Beyond compliance, this role allows you to work with forward-thinking clients, delivering high-impact tax and advisory services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage your own portfolio and work closely with Directors
  • Lead strategic business discussions and advisory initiatives
  • Oversee the preparation and review of financial statements and tax returns
  • Mentor junior staff and contribute to a high-performing team culture
  • Deliver management reporting and tax planning advice
  • Design and analyse bespoke reporting
  • Develop networks and represent the firm across the broader business community

YOU

You are a self-starter with a passion for supporting clients beyond the numbers. You thrive in a collaborative environment and bring strong leadership qualities to the team.

You'll also bring:

  • CA/CPA qualification
  • Proven experience at manager level in a public practice accounting firm in Australia
  • A consulting mindset with strong client engagement skills
