**The Opportunity**
We are seeking a driven and strategic **Associate Director - Civil** to help lead our Gold Coast Civil Engineering team. This is a key leadership position where you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of the division, growing our client base, and guiding the team to deliver outstanding engineering outcomes.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Drive the growth of the Civil Engineering division through strategic business development and client partnerships across Queensland.
- Help lead, mentor, and inspire a high-performing Civil team, fostering collaboration, innovation, and professional development.
- Provide expert technical leadership, ensuring the delivery of innovative, sustainable, and high-quality solutions.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, consistently exceeding expectations.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to identify new markets, growth opportunities, and align divisional goals with ADG's broader strategy.

**About You**
- Degree-qualified in Civil Engineering (or related field).
- Proven experience in successfully growing engineering divisions or practices.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with a collaborative and empowering approach.
- Extensive experience in delivering diverse civil engineering projects.
- Comprehensive knowledge of sector trends, innovations, and best practice.
- Excellent client engagement, communication, and presentation skills.
