About The Role:
We are looking for a hands-on Graphic Designer with a strong editorial eye. Someone who combines deep creative craft with execution to run, grow and inspire our in-house creative team. You will be responsible for elevating our marketing campaigns through a mix of exceptional design, video storytelling, and interchanging innovative ideas with a hybrid team and agencies.
Working closely with the Head of Growth Marketing to lead the execution of integrated campaigns, oversee social content, maintain a consistent content calendar, collaborate with the broader marketing team to support sales collateral and mentor a small remote team, including a junior designer and video animator.

You are an ideas-led designer who thrives in a collaborative and fast-paced environment, someone who is excited by performance-driven design, and is confident working across a wide range of creative outputs. You're also happy to take a project from concept to completion, whether a digital campaign, bringing ideas to life in traditional mediums like OOH and events or a branded sales deck.
Key Roles & Responsibilities:
- Graphic Design:
Elevate our graphic design studio by turning our guidelines into bold, memorable designs that customers love. - Brand Guardianship:
Bring Kudosity's brand identity to life through compelling storytelling and craft. Ensure the maintenance, evolution & consistency of Kudosity's identity. - Video Creation:
Lead the approach to video content, creating video scripts and content for your team to evolve and execute. - Campaign Rollout:
Take full ownership of design projects, from briefing through final delivery,
including creative direction, graphic design, copy, video, templates, sales & partners decks, and other marketing collateral. - Creative Strategy:
Provide strategic and innovative design thinking to define, drive and deliver engaging marketing campaigns. - Social Media Content:
Lead the creation of social media content calendars and manage content across LinkedIn and YouTube. - Creative Effectiveness:
Collaborate closely with the head of marketing to understand what works in our channels, run tests, and continually improve the effectiveness and engagement of paid campaigns across Google Display, YouTube, LinkedIn, Meta, Reddit, and emerging platforms. - Leadership:
Provide clear, constructive feedback and mentorship to junior creatives. Share inspiration regularly with the team and stay across industry trends in design, AI, and Branding. Actively contribute to team brainstorms and creative sessions with fresh, forward-thinking ideas. - Knowledge Sharing:
Organise and regularly update process docs, experiment logs, "what works/what doesn't" lists, and playbooks that enable scaling and onboarding new team members. - Process Documentation:
Clearly document workflows, best practices, project milestones, and design procedures to ensure knowledge transfer and improve team alignment. - Template Development:
Create reusable templates for paid campaigns, sales decks, social media posts, and video scripts, streamlining workflows and facilitating easy adaptation across channels.
Experience:
- 5+ years in a design role: involving team management, art direction, content creation, stills and video shoot production, graphic design, and copy for marketing.
- Skilled in AI-driven creative platforms (Adobe Creative Suite, PSD, InDesign, Illustrator, Figma, Canva, OpusClip)
- Experience in post-production, editing, and retouching of photoshoots and video shoots, with a preference for Premiere Pro and After Effects.
- A strong portfolio of brand-led creative work, with a clear emphasis on social-first design and performance content.
- Excellent visual storytelling ability and understanding of what captures attention in a fast-scrolling environment.
- Comfort designing both static and motion assets, and a willingness to adapt design for multiple formats, audiences and platforms.
- Ability to multi-task, problem solve & thrive under pressure.
- Self-starter with initiative, ability to work independently and push creative ideas forward without always needing a detailed brief.
- An outstanding eye for detail, while being able to see and understand the big picture
