The Role

In this fast-paced, meaningful role, you'll be the go-to person for our support workers in the field — helping them deliver high-quality, participant-centred care aligned with NDIS goals.

Key responsibilities include:

· Providing real-time support and coaching to support workers

· Identifying and training program Lead Workers

· Monitoring performance, quality, and compliance

· Promoting reflective practice and improvement

· Reviewing complex programs and updating care plans

· Supporting program delivery through field visits and ongoing communication

What You'll Bring

· Experience in the disability sector and NDIS delivery

· Strong communication and mentoring skills

· Certificate IV in Disability Support (or equivalent experience)

· Ability to problem-solve, think on your feet and work autonomously

· High-level organisational and documentation skills

· Empathy, initiative, and a collaborative mindset

Bonus points if you have:

· Qualifications in Allied Health, Social Work, Psychology or similar

· Experience supporting participants with complex needs
