Our client, a State Government department based in Nerang, is currently seeking two (2) Project Systems Representatives to join our team on a 6–12 month assignment. This role is ideal for an undergraduate or graduate Engineer or Technologist who is looking to gain hands-on civil construction experience and is not currently enrolled in a graduate program.

About the Role

In this role, you will support project teams through both office-based and field-based activities—approximately 60% office / 40% field. You will work within established systems and processes to ensure project documentation, compliance, and reporting meets required standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Interpret construction drawings and follow specification checklists
  • Develop and maintain project documentation in line with established procedures
  • Use technology (e.g., iPads, project systems) to input and manage site information
  • Communicate effectively with project staff, contractors, and supervisors
  • Support field-based activities, ensuring accurate data capture and reporting

Skills & Qualifications

  • Undergraduate or graduate in Engineering or Technology (not currently on a graduate program)
  • Strong communication and writing skills
  • Competent with Microsoft Office and digital tools
  • Ability to interpret construction drawings
  • White Card (mandatory)
  • C Class Driver's Licence
