Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with the delivery of process engineering projects from planning and design through to commissioning.
  • Undertake process assessments, analysis, and troubleshooting on client sites.
  • Support the preparation of technical documentation, including reports, calculations, procedures, and risk assessments.
  • Work collaboratively with engineers, project managers, and clients to deliver fit-for-purpose solutions.
  • Apply engineering standards, codes, and best practices to ensure compliance and safety.
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives, including process optimization and operational readiness activities.

About You

  • Bachelor of Engineering (Chemical or Process) or equivalent, recognised by EA
  • Minimum 1 year of relevant industry experience (graduate roles, placements, or site-based engineering experience).
  • Exposure to large process plants, water infrastructure, or heavy industry desirable.
  • Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Flexible and willing to travel frequently across regional Queensland.
  • Interest in working towards RPEQ and/or CPEng accreditation highly regarded.
