About the role

We are seeking a driven and experienced Senior Property Manager with a passion for people and a strong customer-centric mindset.

In this leadership role, you'll oversee a portfolio of residential properties while inspiring and guiding a dedicated team to deliver exceptional service and results.

Your key responsibilities will be:

  • Manage a portfolio of 180 properties end-to-end.
  • Communicate effectively with landlords and tenants.
  • Prepare and lodge lease agreements and bond documentation.
  • Attend VCAT hearings and resolve tenancy disputes.
  • Conduct rent reviews and provide market rental advice.
  • Lead, mentor and develop a team, fostering a culture of high performance and continuous improvement.
  • Provide guidance and support to property managers and admin team.
  • Lead onboarding and training of new team members.
  • May be required to perform other tasks as reasonably directed, depending on business needs

Who are we looking for?

  • Residential Property Management Experience
  • Agent's Representative Certificate
  • Certificate IV in Real Estate Practice
  • Current Driver's Licence
  • Strong understanding of property management systems and CRM tools
  • Excellent computer skills - proficient in MS Word, PowerPoint and Excel
  • A team-focused mindset with the ability to work independently
  • A calm, solution-focused approach to handling day-to-day challenges
  • Outstanding Communication Skills and Building Relationships
  • Ability to speak Mandarin/Cantonese (Preferred)
