The Role

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced MC Truck Driver to join our knowledgeable team.

You will drive trucks of various combinations and trailers from singles through to quads, as well as carting plant/machinery and gravel.

Duties

  • Safe driving of up to 3/4 trailers (Side Tippers & Drop Decks/Flattops)
  • Inspecting and checking truck through daily prestart
  • Self loading and unloading of machinery
  • Tipping of material within a civil construction roadwork environment
  • Work autonomously and in a team environment

Skills and Experience

  • Previous experience using side tippers in a civil construction environment
  • Previous experience transporting plant and machinery, holding the ability to self load and unload.
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience pulling three trailers
  • Possess a WHS Construction Industry White Card
  • Possess an open driver's license
  • High regard for safety
  • Be prepared to travel to remote sites/projects as required
  • Be available to work flexible work hours as required
  • Ability to operate other machinery (Excavator, Loader etc.) is desirable.
