We're Hiring a Business Coach to Lead and Drive Client Results

We're looking for a confident, people-focused, and systems-driven Business Coach to take ownership of client results, drive accountability, and guide our members to serious business growth.

We're an online coaching company working with healthcare practice owners (Physios, Chiros, Dentists, Vets, and more) across Australia, New Zealand, Canada, the UK, and the United States.

We're seeking a new Business Coach to step into the coaching role so we can scale our impact even further.

Since 2006, we've built a proven, step-by-step methodology and playbook for growing healthcare practices past 7 figures and now we're looking for the right person to lead our clients through that system with empathy, clarity, and precision.

If that's you, this is an exciting opportunity with strong career growth, full autonomy, and the ability to make a meaningful impact.

The Standards Are Clear…

Facilitate and lead group and 1:1 coaching sessions using our proven frameworks
Review client KPIs, provide feedback, and guide business owners to hit targets
Provide strategic insight, accountability, and mindset support to clients
Create tailored action plans to remove roadblocks and drive business growth
Collaborate with our internal coaching and marketing teams
Track, report, and improve client retention and results
Contribute ideas to improve delivery, engagement, and client experience
