About the role
We have an exciting opportunity for a casual Australia Post counter staff to join the team in Malaga/Baywater, Western Australia. As part of our retail team, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our in-store Australia Post services.
What you'll be doing
- Greeting and assisting customers with their postal and parcel service needs
- Processing mail, parcel, and other postal transactions efficiently and accurately
- Maintaining stock levels and replenishing Australia Post supplies as required
- Providing information to customers about postal products and services
- Collaborating with the retail team to ensure a seamless customer experience
- Adhering to Australia Post and company policies and procedures
What we're looking for
- Previous experience in a customer service or retail role, preferably with exposure to postal or parcel services
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with customers effectively
- Excellent attention to detail and the ability to work accurately under pressure
- Proficiency in using point-of-sale systems and technology
- A positive, friendly, and helpful attitude to deliver exceptional customer service
- Flexibility to work a casual schedule.
