About Client:

Our client, Integrated Security Group (ISG) is a leading security solutions provider based in Western Australia. Specializing in a wide range of services, including security systems installation, risk management, CCTV surveillance, alarm monitoring, and physical security assessments, they are committed to delivering tailored, innovative solutions to meet the diverse needs of our clients. They are currently expanding the team and are looking for an experienced and dedicated Security Consultant to join professional staff.

Looking For:

As a Security Consultant at Integrated Security Group, you will play a pivotal role in advising clients on best practices for managing and mitigating security risks, ensuring compliance with security regulations, and recommending appropriate security systems and protocols. Your expertise will directly contribute to the safety and security of individuals, assets, and businesses across Western Australia.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough risk assessments and security audits for residential, commercial, and industrial properties.
• Design and recommend tailored security solutions, including CCTV systems, alarm systems, access control, and perimeter security measures.
• Provide strategic advice on security risk management, identifying potential threats, vulnerabilities, and mitigation strategies.
• Work with clients to understand their security needs, developing custom solutions based on industry best practices.
• Stay updated with the latest trends, technologies, and legislation related to security and risk management.
• Prepare and deliver detailed reports outlining security risks, recommendations, and improvements.
• Ensure the implementation of security systems is in compliance with Australian regulations and standards.
• Coordinate with installation teams to ensure proper implementation and functionality of security systems.
• Offer post-installation support, including system training and troubleshooting, to ensure client satisfaction.
• Advise clients on emergency response planning and business continuity strategies.

Key Skills & Qualifications:

• Relevant certificate III or IV in security, risk management, or a related field.
• Proven experience of 3-4 years as a Security Consultant, with a strong understanding of security systems and risk management strategies.
• In-depth knowledge of security technologies, including CCTV, alarms, access control systems, and intrusion detection.
• Ability to evaluate client security needs and recommend tailored solutions.
• Experience in conducting vulnerability assessments, security audits, and penetration testing.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex security concepts clearly and effectively.
• High level of attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently.
• A valid driver's license and the ability to travel across Western Australia as required.

Job Type & Salary:

• Full-time, permanent position.
• The base salary will be $85,000 – $95,000 plus superannuation.
